Marc Marquez will lead the Italian MotoGP race from pole position — the Ducati rider outqualified his compatriot Francesco Bagnaia who will start from second position.

The main race at Mugello Circuit will cover 23 laps, with Gresini’s Alex Marquez and Yamaha’s Fabio Quartararo completing the front row of the grid.

Prior to the main race, Marc Marquez demonstrated his dominance by winning the sprint race — beating his brother Alex Marquez and Bagnaia who finished third.
