Bojan Hodak Praises Indonesian National Team’s World Cup Progress

Bojan Hodak, Persib Bandung’s coach, has expressed positive assessment of Indonesian national team’s development — the team has successfully reached the fourth round of 2026 World Cup Qualifiers in Asian Zone.

The Garuda squad now prepares to compete against six other teams for two direct tickets to the World Cup — qualification chances remain promising under coach Patrick Kluivert’s guidance.

“Erick Thohir has fantastic ideas,” stated Hodak while commenting on PSSI Chairman’s performance.

According to Hodak, the integration of diaspora players has strengthened the national team composition — PSSI’s strategy under Erick Thohir’s leadership has proven effective in the journey toward World Cup qualification.
