Umuh Muchtar Reacts to Ciro Alves’ Exit from Persib

Umuh Muchtar, Commissioner of PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat (PBB), responded to the announcement of Ciro Alves’ departure from Persib Bandung — the Brazilian striker who has been part of the club for the past three years.

Ciro Alves shared his farewell via a post on his personal Instagram account, expressing gratitude to the club’s supporters for their unwavering support.

“Maybe it’s because there hasn’t been any (contract) discussion with management,” said Umuh Muchtar in response.

Despite his contract having ended, Ciro Alves remains committed to playing for Persib Bandung in the remaining four matches of this Liga 1 season — demonstrating his professionalism until the end of the campaign.
