PSM Makassar secure narrow victory over Cong An Ha Noi in ACC semifinal

PSM Makassar earned a slim 1-0 victory over Cong An Ha Noi FC in the first leg of ASEAN Club Championship (ACC) 2024/2025 semifinal at Gelora BJ Habibie Stadium.

The visitors took early initiative — Le Van Do’s shot in the 8th minute was safely handled by PSM’s goalkeeper. Momentum shifted to the home team when they were awarded a penalty in the 13th minute after Yuran was brought down by Quang Hai, but Alan Grafite failed to convert from the spot.

Victor Dethan had a golden opportunity at the end of first half — his powerful shot was well saved by goalkeeper Filip Nguyen. PSM’s winning goal finally came in the 80th minute through Yuran’s header from Prestes Filho’s corner kick delivery.
