According to TEAMtalk, Manchester United have submitted a contract offer to the representatives of Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Matheus Cunha — the club is ready to trigger his £63 million release clause with a staggered payment over several seasons.

The 25-year-old Brazil international has been impressive, scoring 15 league goals and providing six assists this season.

Meanwhile, Newcastle United are preparing a £40 million bid for Kim Min-jae from Bayern Munich, with Dean Huijsen of AFC Bournemouth considered as an alternative.

Manchester City are also monitoring Juventus full-back Andrea Cambiaso, who has made 39 appearances across all competitions. This potential move could trigger a domino effect — Juventus are reportedly interested in Nuno Tavares, currently on loan at Lazio.

Lazio are also rumored to be ready to offload centre-back Alessio Romagnoli in the upcoming summer transfer window, despite the 30-year-old making 38 appearances this season.
