Yogyakarta ready to develop padel with local cultural touch

According to DIY regional government official website, padel sport development in Yogyakarta will receive distinctive local cultural touches. Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X — as DIY Governor emphasizes the importance of building Yogyakarta’s unique characteristics in developing this sport.

KGPAA Paku Alam X — DIY Vice Governor promotes broader access and more inclusive padel community building. Indonesian Padel Association (PBPI) DIY plans to start athlete development from various age groups.

During a meeting at Yogyakarta Kepatihan Complex, RM Gustilantika Marrel Suryokusumo — PBPI DIY Regional Chairman approached regional leaders for guidance.

“This morning we held an audience with Kanjeng Gusti and Ngarsa Dalem as PBPI DIY to seek their guidance and advice,” stated Marrel.
