Yamaha speaks realistically about Toprak Razgatlioglu’s MotoGP 2026 debut

Yamaha Managing Director Paolo Pavesio shares realistic expectations regarding Toprak Razgatlioglu’s debut with Prima Pramac Yamaha in the 2026 MotoGP season.

The Turkish rider has an impressive WorldSBK record — securing world championships with two different manufacturers.

“It’s not realistic to expect him to win races next year,” Pavesio told Speedweek.

Razgatlioglu achieved remarkable success by winning the WorldSBK championship with Yamaha in 2021, then repeated this feat with BMW two years ago — demonstrating his ability to adapt to different motorcycles.
