Woudenberg Clarifies Deleted Photos with Indonesia Goalies

Sjoerd Woudenberg, goalkeeper coach of the Indonesia national football team, has clarified the removal of several photos with players from his personal Instagram account.

The Dutch coach was on a scouting assignment, monitoring Indonesian goalkeepers based abroad — a task undertaken while both he and Maarten Paes were suspended for the match against China.

During his trip, Woudenberg met with Emil Audero in Palermo and Cyrus Margono, but later removed the pictures from his social media account.

“I have to correct this because it’s not true. I also deleted the photo in Palermo,” wrote Woudenberg in an Instagram comment.
