Women’s Day Run 10K Held at Parliament Building with Thousands of Participants

The Women’s Day Run 10K 2025 was successfully held at the MPR/DPR RI Building in Senayan, Jakarta, organized by AQUA Electronic, Garda Media, and DPR-MPR RI. This event commemorated both International Women’s Day and Kartini Day.

The event was inaugurated by notable figures, including Muhaimin Iskandar, the Coordinating Minister for Community Empowerment, Cucun Ahmad Syamsurijal, the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, and Zhang Zhenghui, the CEO of Haier Southeast Asia and President Director of Haier Indonesia.

“Women’s Day Run is a symbol of strength, solidarity, and inclusivity of Indonesian women from various backgrounds. Through this event, we want to inspire more women to live active and healthy lives,” said Zhang Zhenghui.

This event was more than just a running competition. It was a celebration of women’s empowerment, spirit, and a healthy lifestyle, drawing runners from diverse backgrounds. The top winners of the race were also given a special opportunity to participate in next year’s Qingdao Marathon.
