William Marcilio reveals reasons for joining Persib Bandung

William Marcilio — former Arema FC player — has officially joined Persib Bandung for the 2025/2026 season competition.

The Brazilian player expressed his excitement about joining the club nicknamed Maung Bandung — a team he considers to have a great reputation and strengthened by quality players.

“Persib is a very solid club, very good, many great players, good teammates, amazing fans. This is a great club. I’m happy to be here,” stated Marcilio.

The Brazilian midfielder has started training sessions with his new team since late June in Bandung.
