Vlahovic rejects Saudi Arabian club offer, Juventus increasingly frustrated

Dusan Vlahovic has further frustrated Juventus in this summer’s transfer window — the Serbian striker has recently rejected an offer from a Saudi Arabian club.

Juventus intends to sell Vlahovic due to his contract situation with one year remaining and his salary of 12 million euros per year. The Turin team has set a selling price of around 40 million euros for the 25-year-old striker.

Juventus’s plans to bring in Jonathan David have been forced to wait — the club must first complete Vlahovic’s departure to reduce their wage bill. The Canadian striker has reportedly reached a personal agreement, but remains held up by commission negotiations with his agent.
