Vitinha criticizes packed schedule of 2025 Club World Cup

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) midfielder Vitinha expresses his concerns about the packed schedule of the 2025 Club World Cup — the competition will be held immediately after the regular season ends.

The Portuguese player faces an extremely tight schedule — he must play in the Champions League final with PSG, followed by the UEFA Nations League with Portugal national team, before finally appearing in the Club World Cup.

This situation leaves Vitinha and his PSG teammates without adequate rest time — they must continuously travel and compete in various competitions without breaks.

“There are many competitions and the traveling never stops,” states Vitinha to France24.
