Visitor Record Broken at Shell BLU CRU Yamaha Enduro Challenge Sambas

The Shell BLU CRU Yamaha Enduro Challenge 2025 in Sambas Regency, West Kalimantan — has made history with 12,500 visitors attending over two days.

The event, held at the Sambas Regent’s office area on July 19-20 — offered a combination of endurance racing and various non-racing activities including local artist performances in the evening.

This success continues a three-year tradition in West Kalimantan — following previous events in Sanggau and Sintang.

“The Shell BLU CRU Yamaha Enduro Challenge venue in West Kalimantan has always been packed with visitors, including this year in Sambas,” stated Johannes B.M. Siahaan, Assistant General Manager CS Division of PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM).

“Enthusiasts didn’t want to miss the excitement of this event to witness the racing action displayed by racers and communities, along with other interesting activities,” he added.

The high sales figures of WR155R motorcycles in the West Kalimantan region — remains the main factor in consistently selecting this area as the event venue.
