Vietnam women’s volleyball team claims AVC Nations Cup title for third time

The Vietnam women’s national volleyball team has once again demonstrated their Asian dominance by winning the AVC Nations Cup 2025 — their third consecutive title in this competition.

The Vietnamese squad’s performance throughout the tournament was remarkable — they only dropped one set against Kazakhstan in the semifinals, securing a 3-1 victory (25-15, 19-25, 25-7, 25-16).

In the championship match, Vietnam displayed perfect form against host Philippines — they achieved a straight-set victory to secure the championship title.

This success continues Vietnam’s positive momentum after winning last year’s AVC Challenge Cup 2024, where they also defeated Kazakhstan in the final match.
