Veda Ega Pratama achieves double victory at Mugello Circuit

Veda Ega Pratama — a talented young rider from Gunung Kidul — continues to demonstrate consistency in Indonesian motorcycle racing.

His career journey began impressively with his debut at the 2022 Asia Talent Cup at Lusail Circuit, Qatar — at just 13 years old, he secured a podium finish with a spectacular save.

Veda Ega Pratama’s achievements continued to grow as he became the 2023 Asia Talent Cup champion and reached the podium in his debut season at the 2024 Red Bull Rookies Cup.

The Indonesian rider’s latest accomplishment came at Mugello Circuit, Italy — securing two victories in the fourth round of the 2025 Red Bull Rookies Cup that elevated him to third in the standings.

“I recalled last year’s race and reviewed it again to properly understand the circuit, especially the key points for overtaking and setting fast laps,” Veda explained about his race preparation.
