In his recent tour, the Dutch tactician met with several top-level coaches and observed promising young talents:

• At Persib Bandung, he met coach Bojan Hodak and monitored players like Robi Darwis and Kakang Rudianto

• At PSS Sleman, he spoke with Pieter Huistra and evaluated Hokky Caraka

• With Persis Solo, he discussed plans with Ong Kim Swee
