Valentino Rossi reveals toughest MotoGP rivals, Marquez not on the list

Valentino Rossi — MotoGP legend who ended his career in 2021 — shared his perspective about his toughest rivals throughout his career in an interview with Sport Week.

The Italian rider who started his journey in 125cc class in 1996 had completed a lengthy 26-season career — accumulating nine world championships across different classes.

Interestingly, The Doctor — as Rossi is nicknamed — did not include Marc Marquez in his list of strongest rivals, despite their intense track rivalry in the past.
