Uzbekistan national team advanced to the U-17 Asian Cup 2025 semifinals after defeating United Arab Emirates 3-1 at King Fahd Sports City Stadium, Taif.

Asilbek Aliev became Uzbekistan’s hero — scoring two decisive goals that shaped the match. The first goal came through a spectacular free kick from 25 meters that was beyond the reach of UAE goalkeeper Mayed Mohammed Al Yanmahi.
