Udinese withdraws from pursuit of Indonesian national team defender Jay Idzes

According to Tutto Mercato Web, Jay Idzes will not join Udinese in this summer transfer window — the Serie A club has decided to withdraw from their pursuit of the Indonesian national team defender.

This decision comes after Udinese sold Jaka Bijol to Leeds United for 22 million euros — where 10 percent of the transfer fee must be paid to his former club, CSKA Moscow.

Previously, Udinese had targeted the Venezia defender as a replacement for Bijol who departed to the English Championship club.
