According to Tutto Udinese reports, the Italian Serie A club is actively pursuing Indonesian national team captain Jay Idzes as an ideal replacement for Jaka Bijol who departed to Leeds United.

The 24-year-old defender has become Bianconeri’s primary target — particularly due to his ability to play in the three-center-back system that is the club’s preferred formation.

“On Monday, there was a meeting with player representatives where Friulian management presented an initial financial offer,” stated Tutto Udinese.
