Tye Ruotolo successfully defended his ONE Championship welterweight submission grappling title by defeating Dante Leon at Lumpinee Stadium, Bangkok.

The 22-year-old American fighter dominated throughout the 10-minute bout, securing a clear victory via unanimous decision.

“On a scale of 10, I’d probably give it a 6 or 7. I felt quite dominant but couldn’t get the submission. That’s always what I want to do,” Ruotolo stated after the match.
