Two Persija Players Miss Training Due to National Team Duty

Persija Jakarta conducted a training session at Training Ground Sawangan, West Java — without Rayhan Hannan and Dony Tri who are currently serving with Indonesia’s U-23 national team.

Both players are now with the Indonesia U-23 team that has advanced to the ASEAN Cup U-23 2025 semifinals as Group A winners. Gerald Vanenburg‘s squad will face Thailand at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium.

Persija’s coach, Mauricio Souza expressed his longing for both players while maintaining support for their national team call-up.

“These two players (Dony and Rayhan) have been performing exceptionally,” stated the Brazilian coach.
