Tsunoda Receives 10-Place Grid Penalty for Upcoming Formula 1 Race

The Formula 1 qualifying results have been altered after two drivers received penalties from the stewards. Yuki Tsunoda from Red Bull team must drop 10 grid positions for violating red flag rules when passing Oscar Piastri’s McLaren during final practice.

Racing Bulls rookie driver Isack Hadjar also received a three-place grid penalty after being found guilty of impeding the Williams driven by Carlos Sainz during qualifying session.

After penalties applied, the race starting order shows Mercedes’ George Russell leading in first position, followed by defending champion Max Verstappen of Red Bull in second place. Oscar Piastri with McLaren secured third position.
