Trent Alexander-Arnold officially joins Real Madrid

Trent Alexander-Arnold has officially joined Real Madrid in this summer’s transfer window — the Spanish giants have strengthened their defensive line.

The England national team right-back attended an official presentation at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, which was presided over by club President Florentino Perez.

Prior to the unveiling ceremony, Alexander-Arnold completed the mandatory medical tests — the 26-year-old player has signed a six-year contract with Los Blancos until 2031.

The former Liverpool defender will leave behind his signature number 66 jersey that defined his career at Anfield — Real Madrid will soon announce his new number.
