Trackhouse Racing appoints Todd Meredith as racing operations president

Trackhouse Racing Team announced the appointment of Todd Meredith as their president of racing operations this week, following the team’s fourth victory at Sonoma Raceway in the 2025 season.

Meredith — who previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Joe Gibbs Racing from 2013 to 2016 — brings decades of NASCAR industry experience.

“We’re thrilled to welcome someone of Todd’s caliber to help guide Trackhouse from the top,” said team owner Justin Marks. “His focus on culture, strategy, quick decision making and organization will be a massive shot in the arm for this company.”

“I feel at home in NASCAR and wanted to return in some form. The more I talked with Justin, the more I was excited by his vision of Trackhouse Racing,” said Meredith.

The team currently operates three full-time cars in the NASCAR Cup Series:

  • No. 1 – Ross Chastain
  • No. 88 – Shane van Gisbergen
  • No. 99 – Daniel Suarez

Van Gisbergen has secured three wins as a rookie, while Chastain claimed an impressive victory at the Coca Cola 600 earlier this year. Suarez will depart the team at season’s end, with young driver Connor Zilisch expected to take his place.
