Tottenham Lolos ke Final Liga Europa, Hadapi Manchester United

Ange Postecoglou led Tottenham Hotspur to the Europa League final after defeating Bodø/Glimt 2-0 in the second leg of the semifinal — securing a 5-1 aggregate victory.

In the challenging conditions of Aspmyra Stadium, known for its synthetic pitch, Spurs employed a tactical approach to neutralize the hosts, who had only lost once at home all season.

Spurs’ dominance came in the 63rd minute when Dominic Solanke found the net — capitalizing on a header assist from Cristian Romero. The lead doubled when Pedro Porro fooled goalkeeper Nikita Haikin with a curling cross that went into the net.

“This result will disappoint many people,” said Postecoglou. “Who cares if we’re struggling in the league? Why does that matter? If it’s easy to reach the final, why can’t all top teams do it?”

This achievement is particularly impressive as Bodø/Glimt had not failed to score in a home match since October last year. Tottenham now prepares to face Manchester United in the final — a team they have already beaten three times this season.
