Top F1 Team Bosses Show Full Support for Vasseur at Ferrari

Amid Italian media speculation about his future, Fred Vasseur receives strong support from leading Formula 1 team principals at Silverstone circuit.

Christian Horner from Red Bull emphasizes the importance of leadership stability — his experience leading Red Bull for over two decades has produced remarkable achievements.

“Fred is a very capable manager. He’s managing effectively a national team in Ferrari with great expectation and pressure. It takes time to put the right processes, people, and culture in place,” says Horner.

Zak Brown from McLaren also offers his support to Vasseur, praising his technical background and experience across various motorsport disciplines.

Toto Wolff from Mercedes adds historical perspective — noting that Jean Todt needed eight years to achieve his first title with Ferrari. He suggests giving Vasseur space and time to build his organization.

Vasseur, who joined Ferrari about two and a half years ago, has denied these rumors alongside both his drivers, Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton.
