Three Persija Jakarta Players Score for Liga Indonesia All-Star in President’s Cup

Persija Jakarta asserted their dominance in the Liga Indonesia All-Star squad for the 2025 President’s Cup — with five of their players selected through fan voting to strengthen the team.

The Macan Kemayoran contributed Hansamu Yama, Zahaby Gholy, Riko Simanjuntak, Witan Sulaeman, and Eksel Runtukahu to the joint squad.

In their Group A match against Oxford United, which ended in a 6–3 victory, two Persija players made it onto the scoresheet. Riko Simanjuntak opened the scoring for Liga Indonesia All-Star by capitalizing on a defensive backpass error, while Eksel Runtukahu added a goal with a header in the 81st minute.
