Three mixed-heritage players strengthen Indonesia U-23 team for ASEAN Cup

Coach Gerald Vanenburg has announced a list of 30 players who will participate in Indonesia U-23 national team training camp — three of them are mixed-heritage players who will strengthen the squad for ASEAN Cup U-23 2025.

The three players are:

• Jens Raven – FC Dordrecht U-21 striker with 6 goals from 20 appearances
• Brandon Scheunemann – PSIS Semarang’s 20-year-old center-back
• Victor Dethan – player who also has Indonesian blood

Jens Raven — who previously played for Indonesia U-20 national team — has Indonesian connection through his grandfather from Yogyakarta. Meanwhile, Brandon Scheunemann has shown his capabilities with PSIS Semarang in domestic competition.
