Thomas Mueller officially parts ways with Bayern Munich after 25 years

Thomas Mueller officially ends his career journey with Bayern Munich — the club he has served for 25 years.

The 35-year-old forward must part ways with Die Roten after club management decided not to extend his contract ending this month.

Although his initial contract ended on June 30, Mueller received a short extension until the end of July — allowing him to appear in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.

After Bayern Munich’s elimination in the quarter-finals of the tournament, Mueller created a farewell video for the club that has nurtured him since his youth.
