Thiago Motta Rejects Juventus Dismissal Decision

According to a report by Corriere della Sera, Thiago Motta has expressed his disagreement with his dismissal from Juventus, which occurred about a month and a half ago.

Juventus decided to replace Motta with Igor Tudor following heavy defeats — a 0–4 loss to Atalanta and a 0–3 defeat against Fiorentina in Serie A.

The club’s struggles extended beyond domestic competition. Juventus were also eliminated early from both the Champions League and the Coppa Italia, with too many draws costing them a chance at the title.

“I don’t agree when people say we failed,” said Motta, who believes the decision was unfair, especially considering he had a three-year contract and the team was still in contention for a top-four finish.
