Team Vitality MLBB captain Vivi “Vivian” Indrawaty has finally revealed the reason behind her team’s absence from the ongoing MLBB Development League Indonesia Season 11.

The veteran roamer explained that she and her teammates took the decision to forfeit their slot in this season’s MDL ID due to scheduling conflicts with training camps for the 2025 Esports World Cup and 2025 SEA Games.

“We were actually offered a slot in MDL [Season 11], but after reviewing the schedule, we realized it overlaps with EWC and SEA Games 2025. We decided to skip it to avoid clashes,” Vivian stated in an interview with Revival TV.

Vitality’s withdrawal seems make sense, given that the team members also serve as part of the Indonesian Women’s National MLBB team, the country’s flagship squad for major international tournaments. Previously, they gained recognition in circuits like the MLBB Women Star League and Women Invitational while playing under Bigetron Era.

Their strong performances as an all-female team in global MLBB tournaments caught the attention of Moonton, who granted them historic access as the first women’s team to compete in MDL ID in 2024. Around the same time, the squad signed with Team Vitality and made their EWC debut.

Unfortunately, their results in non-women’s league competitions left much to be desired. In MDL ID Season 11, they finished last in Group C without securing a single win.
