Tardozzi praises Marquez’s performance after Ducati’s dominance in Dutch MotoGP

Ducati team director Davide Tardozzi expressed his satisfaction after the team’s riders secured two podium finishes at the Dutch MotoGP at Assen Circuit — Marc Marquez finished first and Francesco Bagnaia took third place.

“I think Marc has found exceptional confidence on his bike and can be expected to fight for victory at every circuit,” Tardozzi told MotoSan.

Tardozzi emphasized Marquez’s optimal physical and mental condition — evident in the way the rider maturely managed the race.

“There are always some weaknesses like all riders. But what stands out about him is his professionalism,” Tardozzi explained about Marquez.

Regarding Bagnaia who has been struggling since the season’s start, Tardozzi acknowledged that the rider known as Pecco is still seeking consistency — there are factors hindering his ability to perform at his best.
