Stefano Lilipaly Returns to Indonesia National Team

Stefano Lilipaly — midfielder for Borneo FC — has been recalled to the Indonesia national football team after nearly two years away from the Garuda squad.

The player last represented Indonesia in September 2023 under Shin Tae-yong, and will now join the team under the guidance of new head coach Patrick Kluivert.

This call-up is part of the team’s preparation for two upcoming international matches — against China on June 5 and Japan on June 10.

Lilipaly will join the national team’s training camp in Bali, an opportunity warmly welcomed by the Borneo FC player.
