Sporting CP president issues stern warning to Arsenal regarding Gyokeres transfer

Sporting CP president Frederico Varandas has issued a stern warning regarding Victor Gyokeres’s potential transfer to Arsenal. This comes after both parties failed to reach an agreement on the transfer fee.

Arsenal has submitted a total offer of 80 million euros — consisting of 65 million euros transfer fee plus 15 million euros in bonuses. However, Sporting CP maintains their demand for 70 million euros plus 10 million euros in add-ons.

The situation has escalated after Gyokeres decided to skip team training sessions — a move presumably intended to force his transfer to the North London club.

“We will not change our demands and will take strict measures if necessary,” Varandas stated firmly.
