Sjoerd Woudenberg expressed his readiness to rejoin the Indonesia U-23 national team — this was conveyed through a post on his personal Instagram account.

“After the last FIFA period and short break, it’s time to rise again. Let’s prepare ourselves for the ASEAN Cup U-23 tournament,” wrote Woudenberg.

Coach Gerald Vanenburg has called up 30 players for the training camp — this preparation will last for three weeks starting tomorrow until mid-July.

The selected best squad will strengthen Indonesia U-23 national team in the 2025 ASEAN Cup U-23 — the opening match will be held against Brunei Darussalam at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Jakarta.
