Sergio Conceicao Leaves AC Milan After Coppa Italia Win

According to Calciomercato, Sergio Conceicao will step down from his role as AC Milan head coach after leading the team to victory in the 2025 Coppa Italia.

The Portuguese coach was originally under contract until June 2026, but both parties have agreed to end the partnership earlier than planned.

This decision comes in light of the team’s underwhelming performance in the league, where AC Milan failed to secure a top-four finish by the end of the season.

The AC Milan management has reportedly lined up several candidates to take over for the 2025–2026 season. Nonetheless, Conceicao made a positive impact during the early stages of his tenure at San Siro.
