Semen Padang signs two new players, PSBS Biak plans to move to Bandung

Liga 1 club Semen Padang continues to strengthen their team by signing Irsyad Maulana and Rui Rompa — bringing their total new recruits to 13 players for the 2025/2026 season.

Kabau Sirah had previously secured 11 new players — demonstrating their serious preparation for the upcoming competition.

Meanwhile, major clubs like Persib Bandung, Persebaya Surabaya, and Persija Jakarta remain quiet in transfer activities. However, Persib has already completed their foreign player quota.

PSM Makassar, Persita Tangerang, and PSBS Biak are recorded as the teams with minimal movement in the transfer market. PSBS Biak is reportedly planning to relocate their home base to Bandung, West Java.
