Saddil Ramdani Officially Joins Persib Bandung for 2025–2026 Season

JAKARTA, July 4, 2025 — Saddil Ramdani has officially signed with Persib Bandung for the 2025–2026 season, marking his return to Indonesian football after four years with Sabah FC in Malaysia.

The 26-year-old winger, known for his pace and versatility on the flanks, was a key figure at Sabah since joining the club in 2021. Now back on home soil, Saddil is ready to embrace a new challenge with Maung Bandung, as Persib is affectionately known.

“Alhamdulillah, my condition is very good. I feel comfortable here in Bandung,” Saddil said in his first remarks as a Persib player.

Early pre-season for President’s Cup 2025 underway

Persib Bandung began their preseason training earlier this week in preparation for the 2025 President’s Cup. The first sessions kicked off four days ago, focusing on fitness and squad integration.

Saddil’s arrival is expected to strengthen Persib’s attacking options and add depth on the wings — a key area the club is aiming to improve ahead of the new season.

Strategic signing ahead of Liga 1 campaign

Saddil’s signing is seen as a strategic move by Persib’s management as they look to build a more competitive squad for both the President’s Cup and the upcoming Liga 1 2025–2026 campaign.

With his international experience and proven record in Malaysia, Saddil is expected to become a crucial player for Persib as they pursue silverware and aim for a top finish this season.
