Run and Rise 2025 invites public to run for clean water in NTT

Gugah Nurani Indonesia (GNI) together with SalingJaga and Kitabisa will organize the Run and Rise 2025 charity run with the theme Brighter Future for Children — an initiative to help NTT communities gain access to clean water.

Located at Aviary Park Bintaro, the event features a unique concept — each kilometer covered by participants will be converted into one liter of clean water donation for NTT children.

The event scheduled for July 27, 2025 provides three categories:

• 1K Kids Run for children
• 5K Individual Run
• 10K Individual Run

This initiative emerged from conditions in GNI-assisted areas like West and East Manggarai — where children must walk 2-3 kilometers daily carrying 10-liter jerry cans to obtain clean water.
