Ruben Amorim Soroti Level Manchester United Usai Imbang

Ruben Amorim shared his views on Manchester United‘s situation after his team drew 1-1 against Bournemouth — a result that placed United 14th in the Premier League standings.

Rasmus Højlund rescued United with a 96th-minute equalizer, after Antoine Semenyo had put Bournemouth ahead in the 27th minute. The match dynamics shifted when Evanilson was shown a red card in the 70th minute for a foul on Noussair Mazraoui.

“The first thing is to focus on ourselves, not others. We have to be honest — right now there is a difference in levels. But everything can change; I remember when the Premier League was the other way around,” said Amorim.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth head coach Andoni Iraola confirmed they would appeal the red card:

“Everyone who has played football understands — he slipped. He didn’t catch the player with a raised foot, but the consequence was a red card. It had a huge impact on us.”
