RRQ Skylar Announces Plans to Return to MLBB Pro Scene Next Season

In a recent surprise announcement, gold laner RRQ Skylar (Schevenko Tendean) revealed his plans to return to competitive MLBB next season.

Just before the close of Week 7 in MPL ID Season 15, the inactive RRQ Hoshi player made a guest appearance at the MPL ID arena, receiving an enthusiastic welcome from both neutral fans and the loyal RRQ Kingdom fanbase. Casters and hosts seized the opportunity to address rumors circulating on social media about his future.

When asked by Clara “Mongstar” Kartika, Skylar shared that since stepping back before Season 15, he has focused on his personal life while staying updated on his team’s progress. However, he assured fans that if all goes smoothly, he will make a comeback in Tier 1 competitions next season.

Next season, I’ll be back in the pro scene. I mean it—just wait.”

Though this offers some clarity, fans remain eager for details about which team or league he might join. Speculation has grown in recent weeks, with Skylar’s name linked to major organizations outside MPL ID.

Meanwhile, his chances of rejoining RRQ’s main roster appear slim should his junior Muhammad “Toyy” Rizky maintains his steady performance and leads the team to the finals. It’s highly likely Skylar will be prepped for a role outside of competitive play.
