RRQ Rinz Ignites Fire Ahead of MSC x EWC 2025

Hajirin Arafat aka RRQ Rinz recently made surprising comments to the MLBB community about potential threats to his team at the upcoming MSC x EWC 2025 tournament in Saudi Arabia, starting July 10th.

In a new video on RRQ’s official YouTube channel, the 21-year-old mid laner addressed most asked questions from fans, particularly about the MPL ID Season 15 finals and their chances at MSC x EWC 2025. He argued RRQ was simply ‘unlucky’ to lose the grand finale 4-3 against rival Onic ID.

Rinz believes their loss stemmed more from their own strategic mistakes than Onic ID’s superiority, saying the Yellow Porcupine wasn’t a level above his squad. He even theorized the outcome could have been different if his team hadn’t been replied back so slow in the early games.

Furthermore, Rinz identified teams he considers bigger threats than Onic ID, mainly Team Liquid PH, Onic PH, and defending champions Selangor Red Giants OG. He reasoned these opponents play a more solid and tricky style.

Rinz’s comments quickly drew criticism from MPL ID viewers. Many felt he couldn’t accept their recent finals loss professionally and misread the situation. However, analysts and casters predicted this rivalry would intensify, noting RRQ likely seeks revenge on the international stage.

The MSC x EWC 2025 competition begins on July 10th with the Wildcard finals, where dark horses from around the world will compete for the last Group Stage slot. After that, the main event will commence on July 23rd.
