Ronaldo: Saudi League Among World’s Top Five Leagues

Cristiano Ronaldo has given high praise to Saudi Pro League quality — a competition he has been part of for two and a half years.

The Portuguese megastar’s presence has triggered a wave of top European players moving to Saudi Arabia, including Sadio Mane, Aymeric Laporte, and Karim Benzema.

“I’m 100 percent certain that we are among the world’s top five leagues,” Ronaldo stated as quoted by Tuttomercato.

“Anyone who says otherwise doesn’t understand anything about football,” he added.

The 40-year-old player has further demonstrated his commitment by extending his contract with Al Nassr until 2027.
