Daejeon JungKwanJang Red Sparks will face Incheon Heungkuk Life Pink Spiders in the title-deciding match of the Korean Volleyball League 2024-2025 — scheduled for Tuesday (8/4).

Ko Hee-jin‘s team managed to level the series 2-2 after trailing in the first two matches. Megawati Hangestri Pertiwi and teammates had to fight through lengthy games — 154 minutes in the third match and 155 minutes in the fourth match.

Heading into the final game, the team faces challenges with several key players experiencing injury issues:

  • Megawati Hangestri Pertiwi and Yeum Hye-seon – knee injuries

  • Noh Ran – back injury

  • Vanja Bukilic – ankle injury

Despite these setbacks, Red Sparks will look to ride the momentum of their comeback—and rely on their depth and resilience to capture the championship. The final match not only decides the title but also serves as a defining moment for a squad that has battled adversity throughout the season.
