Daejeon JungKwanJang Red Sparks — the South Korean volleyball team — has announced the cancellation of their planned visit to Indonesia this year.

The main obstacle for the cancellation — the schedule mismatch between Korean Volleyball League (V-League) ending this April and Proliga 2025 continuing until mid-May.

LPDUK (Sports Fund and Business Management Institution) | Inaspro has maintained professional communication with Red Sparks since the initial planning.

Although the Korean team showed great interest in meeting Indonesian fans — Proliga’s schedule just entering the final four stage this week became the main barrier.

The organizers have offered alternative visiting time in May — after Proliga 2025 concludes. Despite this postponement, opportunities for future collaboration remain wide open between both parties.
