RANS Simba Bogor secures IBL 2025 playoff spot, extends partnership with BNI

RANS Simba Bogor has secured their position in the Indonesian Basketball League (IBL) 2025 playoffs, as reported by Bolasport.com. The basketball team’s achievement is marked by renewed support from BNI.

The partnership ceremony was held in Bogor — attended by Angkling Gading Gumilang as Club President and Duardi Prihandiko as Head of Marketing Communications Division Wondr by BNI.

Raffi Ahmad’s team has shown promising consistent performance in IBL — earning them renewed sponsor confidence ahead of the playoff stage.

“From the start, before this season began, we wanted to reach the top four. And so far it’s okay and we’re even a bit surprised, we’re somewhat surprised,” stated Angkling Gading Gumilang.

The team featuring Galank Gunawan has earned the nickname “giant killer” in the nation’s highest basketball competition. Responding to this, Gading added, “They call us giant killer, but we’re the giants here. We’re giants too.”
