Ramzes666 Pens Deal with Yandex

After cracking jokes about his Dota 2 career future during his previous livestream, veteran player Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev has officially sealed the deal with Yandex for a new role.

Previously, Ramzes often expressed his desire to return to the pro Dota 2 scene, mentioning top teams that compete globally. However, his statements often contradicted comments from teammates who felt he’d lost his competitive drive.

This sparked speculation in the Dota community until Yandex ended it via their official Telegram channel. He won’t be playing competitively, though, as Yandex brought Ramzes on as a brand ambassador to boost their social media presence.

Ramzes’ signing was likely influenced by his connection with their Dota team captain, Alexey “Solo” Berezin. The duo previously played together for Navi and 9Pandas. Solo had even tried convincing him to return before the 2025 competitive season.

Yandex is a new team formed after acquiring the Russian independent team Cyber Goose yesterday (23/06). So far, they haven’t announced any short-term plans to compete in professional Dota tournaments.
