Quartararo leads Dutch MotoGP grid, Bagnaia ready to challenge from second position

Fabio Quartararo from Monster Energy Yamaha secured pole position for the 2025 Dutch MotoGP — beating his closest rivals in a competitive qualifying session.

Francesco Bagnaia from Ducati Lenovo team will start the race from second position after an impressive performance that fell just short of Quartararo’s lap time. Meanwhile, his teammate Marc Marquez had to settle for fourth grid in the second row.

“I feel much better compared to previous racing series,” said Bagnaia who remained optimistic despite missing pole position. “Now our task is to capitalize on this advantage if we can get a good start.”

Both sprint race and main race are predicted to deliver intense battles — given the tight time gaps between the front runners in qualifying session.
