Quartararo faces motorcycle issues at Italian MotoGP after major crash

Fabio Quartararo of Monster Energy Yamaha faces a difficult situation at the 2025 Italian MotoGP taking place at Mugello Circuit.

The French rider — who experienced a serious crash during practice session — received medical clearance to continue racing after undergoing hospital examination.

In qualifying, Quartararo showed potential by securing fourth position — just 0.242 seconds behind Marc Marquez who claimed pole position with a time of 1 minute 44.411 seconds.

However, the Yamaha YZR-M1’s performance failed to support the 2021 MotoGP world champion’s ambitions — he had to settle for tenth place in the eleven-lap sprint race.
